James Dunne serves as a Partner at DSJ, focusing on tax services. He proactively engages clients throughout the year, addressing their tax-related concerns and requirements, finalizing tax returns, ensuring clients receive comprehensive guidance and optimal tax outcomes.

Prior to joining DSJ, James owned his own CPA firm, known as James L Dunne CPA, for 37 years.

Mr. Dunne is currently serving as the Treasurer of the Long Island Caddie Scholarship Fund and previously held the position of President of the Long Island Golf Association. In addition, he was a past member of the Board of Directors for the Nassau Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Mr. Dunne holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Queens College and a Master of Business Administration in Taxation from St. John’s University. He also holds a Certified Public Accountant License in the State of New York.
