Bob Jahelka serves as Managing Partner at DSJ. He is responsible for overall management of the firm. Bob specializes in mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, tax consulting, nonprofit accounting, forensic and bankruptcy accounting.

Prior to merging with DSJ in 1991, he ran his own accounting practice while also serving as the Chief Financial Officer and owner of World Wide Security. He was also President of Pioneer Mortgage Network Inc.

An active member of the community, Mr. Jahelka founded and oversaw the FLG Lacrosse Summer Program on Long Island. Additionally, he served as President of the LIU Post Alumni Association, working collaboratively with Long Island University to formulate and implement progressive programs and services tailored to the needs of its graduates. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for Long Island University.

Mr. Jahelka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from LIU Post. He is a Certified Public Accountant and also holds a Certified Financial Forensics Credential and a Personal Financial Specialist Credential from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
