Vincent Paolucci serves as the Tax Partner in Charge at DSJ Advisory Group LLC, bringing over a decade of experience advising middle-market businesses, closely held companies, and high-net-worth individuals on complex tax matters. With a career spanning nationally recognized firms and regional leaders, he combines deep technical expertise with a practical, client-first approach that aligns seamlessly with DSJ’s high-touch advisory model.

Prior to joining DSJ, Vince held Tax Partner roles at Citrin Cooperman and Getty Marcus CPA, P.C., where he led tax consulting and compliance engagements across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, real estate, healthcare, and professional services. Earlier in his career, he spent over seven years at Mazars USA LLP, where he was instrumental in managing tax practice operations and advising both public and middle-market clients on strategic tax planning initiatives.

Vince specializes in tax strategy surrounding mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and executive compensation, as well as multi-state and complex regulatory matters. He also has significant experience in trust and estate planning, enabling him to
provide comprehensive, forward-looking guidance to business owners and individuals alike.

At DSJ, Vince is focused on elevating the firm’s tax practice by integrating the sophistication and technical rigor of large firms with the responsiveness, accessibility, and personal attention of a boutique advisory firm. He is committed to building lasting
client relationships and delivering tailored solutions that drive long-term value.

In addition to his client work, Vince is passionate about mentorship and professional development within the accounting community. He has spoken on a variety of tax topics to professional organizations, private companies, and industry groups, and previously served as an Adjunct Professor at Long Island University.
