Robert Bertucelli serves as a Partner at DSJ, dedicated to delivering tax services that align with clients’ needs. With a strong focus on tax return

preparation, review, and planning, he provides strategic tax consultation to optimize client’s financial outcomes. Additionally, Mr. Bertucelli specializes in resolving tax controversies and offers comprehensive tax training programs aimed at maintaining adherence

to the highest standards of client service.

Prior to joining DSJ, Mr. Bertucelli was a Professor of Accounting and Taxation at C.W. Post for 38 years, teaching Accounting and Tax courses

at the Undergraduate level and Taxation courses at the Graduate level, with the University naming him Professor Emeritus. He also was the Director of the C.W. Post Tax Institute, a professional organization for CPAs, PAs and attorneys interested in furthering

their knowledge of taxation. Simultaneously, he founded his own CPA firm, which he merged into Satty, Levine & Ciacco, CPAs, P.C serving as a Senior Partner in charge of their Tax practice. After retiring from Satty, he joined DSJ to assist in building their

tax expertise.

Outside of the Firm, he is active in community affairs serving as treasurer of the Wallace-Rose Hill Friends of the Arts as well as a Chairman

of the Board for the Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity.

Mr. Bertucelli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from the CW Post Campus of Long Island

University. He further distinguishes himself with a Certified Public Accountant License, Certified Financial Planner Certification, Chartered Life Underwriter Designation, and an Associate in Captive Insurance qualification.
